THARASARATHI A/P SARAVANAN
DATE OF BIRTH :19 ᵗʰ OCTOBER 2017
SEGA ID : thara-0003
PLACE OF BIRTH : KUALA LUMPUR
SCHOOL : SJKT SARASWATHY
FATHER’S NAME : SARAVANAN NARAYANSAMY
MOTHER’S NAME : RATHIDEVI NADARAJAH
Tharasarathi began her journey into mindfulness and yoga at a young age. Even as a child, she has shown an innate love for movement, balance, and exploring inner calm. Yoga has become for her more than just physical postures—it’s a space of growth, awareness, and joy. She believes that through breath, asanas, and mindfulness practices, one learns patience, courage, and compassion.
Her hope is to grow stronger—body, mind, and spirit—and to inspire young people around her to discover the power of yoga in bringing confidence, peace, and happiness into their lives. She wishes everyone could roll out their mats and feel the delight that an open heart and focused mind can bring.
“Every step, every breath, every posture is an opportunity to shine.”
My Hobbies
I like to play football. Running on the field, passing the ball, scoring goals—all of it makes me feel excited and full of energy. It teaches me teamwork, strategy, and how to keep trying even when things get tough.
I am a Bharatanatyam dancer, and I have won multiple awards. Dancing is like telling stories with my hands, eyes, and feet. Performing on stage, putting in the practice—it fills me with pride and discipline, and it connects me to my culture and traditions.
I like drawing. Whenever I have free time, I sketch scenes, characters, animals—or anything that comes to my mind. I love using colours to bring drawings to life. Drawing helps me feel calm, creative, and happy.
